Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized products due to their personalized nature.
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery.

For size-related issues, please note that our website provides an accurate size chart. If you ordered the correct size based on the chart but it doesn’t fit, we can offer an exchange but not a refund.

Exchange Process

We offer free exchanges for items that don’t fit, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs related to the exchange.
