We at Theleatherz aim to deliver user-friendly services to our loyal customers. Our policies and guidelines before, after, and during the purchase are designed to support our above objective.
Exchange and Return Policy.
The contentment of customers is one of the key objectives at Theleatherz. Our support team is always there to help you out with any issue or problem. In case you find any concerns after the arrival of your desired order, you may contact our team through Whatsapp, Live chat, or Email. The customer needs to communicate with us within 7 business days if any discrepancy is found that could be an issue in design, size, shape/shade/print mismatch, or anything similar, return and exchange option can be availed after proper analysis. A clear photo of the product of the issue needs to be sent to our team must be within 30 days which will be sorted out within 30 days. No refund and exchange or return will be given if a customer reaches us with his/her issue after 30 days.
When do we not follow the refund or return policy?
In case of removal of tags, or clear alteration in jackets these will be made refunded or returned unqualified. if product tags and labels are removed then can’t be returned accepted Customized products are non-refundable since they would not be appropriate for any other customer and we offer a refund if two or more of two same items are ordered with customization. Moreover, no refund will be made in case either the product is used and not in its original form as shipped or misused by any means.
We do not provide refund and commitment or so if; a change of your perception by anything towards the product, change of mind, unintentional buying, exceeding the time frame of 30 days, and order of customized items (since customized items are of unique sizes and designed on specific measurements).
We would not charge a penny if you wish to exchange an item that doesn’t fit you, it would be exchanged without any cost with your desired fitting size but the shipping cost would be subject to the size and weight of the item/Jacket has to be paid by the customer. We request our devoted customers to fill in every piece of information correctly and double checked however in case of any slip-up that would be size fitting, color, or any other please contact our support team within 24 hours along with a clear photo of the tagged product. If this time period exceeds, the customer will be charged accordingly.
We value your concerns. As soon as we receive a clear message through the medium of Live chat or our Email: firstname.lastname@example.org, an inspection of your detailed mentioned issue (with a clear photo of the item ) will be conducted thoroughly, and if any slip up found full refund will be credited and consumer will be accountable to pay the shipping fee.
In case of return of the product is established and confirmed by us, RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be sent by us to you which needs to be stuck on the box that you will deliver to our warehouse.
We do not ask for heavy customs duties since we pronounce every product at Theleatherz as a unique and memorable gift to our precious customers but every country has its own defined customs rules and regulations and in support to that customers need to pay minimal charges according to their location.
We would like to bring in your notice that in case of any return of product / item, customer is accountable to bear the shipping fee and also the earlier postage cost paid by us as we provide free shipping.
