Procedure to Follow
Once your order and payment are processed, the handling time is between 6–9 business days. After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking details. Contact us via live chat or email for any concerns regarding your shipment.

Free Shipping and Urgent Shipping

Our standard delivery takes 9–14 business days from order placement. For urgent shipping, delivery time is 1–2 business days after processing.

Shipping Access

We partner with DHL Express and FedEx Express to ensure reliable courier services. If you are unavailable, please assign someone to receive your parcel or provide delivery instructions.

Late Delivery Claims and Damaged Items

For damaged items or if your parcel is not received within the estimated time, claims must be made within 7 business days. We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges.
